If you are not handling the correct procedure to deal with the title you are not secured properly in a real estate transaction!

If you are a closing agent that is issuing an ALTA 7 (or similar) endorsement on a HUD Code Manufactured Home without verifying that it is constituted as real property, you may be at risk for a claim!
